Mise En Place is the Federal Group’s innovative response to state and national shortages of cooks and chefs. The name is drawn from a French cooking term, meaning preparation done before starting the actual cooking process – or in this case, preparation for a career in cookery!
Mise En Place will appeal to those people who want a real headstart to a career in cookery. From pub food to fine dining, aim for excellence and experience it all with the Federal Group.
