Network Gaming

Network Gaming is a specialist business unit within the Federal Group that operates and supports the Oasis and TASkeno network across the state in pubs and clubs.

The majority of people employed by Network Gaming are based in Hobart; however, there is a small customer service until based in Launceston. It is a small, friendly team that enjoys flexible work arrangements to suit all kinds of people. It could be the ideal option if you're looking for casual work while studying at university, or seeking part-time work on a flexible basis to suit other family and lifestyle commitments.

Who do we employ?

Positions at Network Gaming fall into the following categories: Management (Customer Accounts/Marketing, Accounts, and Operations), Admin, Customer Accounts (servicing external Oasis and Keno venues), Marketing/Promotion, Training, IT, and Help Desk.

The majority of our opportunities are in the customer service and Help Desk areas, and we do find that many of our people go on to develop long-standing careers in other areas across the Federal Group.

When do we employ?

Network Gaming does not have the same seasonally-driven employment needs as some other parts of the Federal Group, and we are more likely to advertise current vacancies as they arise.

If we don’t have a vacancy you are interested in right now, we may have one in a few months, weeks or days!

Working with us

All employees of Network Gaming are eligible for a range of benefits, including discounted accommodation rates at our accommodation venues across Tasmania. We also provide dry cleaning and meals when you are on shift.
