At Mackey's Royal Hotel, located in the centre of Latrobe, we are currently seeking a positive, engaging and experienced casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team.

If you have proven experience in a bistro style environment and are interested in working in the food and beverage area, then this is the role for you. 

The general duties performed in this role will include preparing and dispensing beverages, table service, attending to enquiries from our patrons and interacting with our guests.

To succeed you will have:

•  A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and a current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) Certificate;

•  Previous Keno experience (preferred but not essential);

•  Enthusiasm and commitment;

•  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

•  Previous bistro style dining experience;

•  A focus on service excellence; and

• A flexible approach to working hours.
